ETIQUETTE

Set up for success.  Whether it's your first class or 100th class, follow these simple tips to get the most out of your experience.

ONE FOR ALL AND ALL FOR ONE

We ride and flow as a pack.  And trust us, we're more powerful that way.  Moving in sync with your community is part of the experience and it drives transformation.  If you'd rather do you, we get it, but choose a spot in class that's not in the front row to avoid disrupting the vibe.

BE ON TIME

Sing it with us, R-E-S-P-E-C-T.  Find out what it means to be...on time.  Arriving on time is part of the respect we show our tribe.  For the best experience, show up to the studio 15 mintues before class begins.  To maximize your safety and minimize distraction, we don't let anyone into class past the 5-minute mark.  If for whatever reason you have to leave class early, do so quietly and let your instructor know before class begins.

UNPLUG

How often do you actually unplug?  Let our studio be your sanctuary away from outside distractions so you can be 100% present during class.  It's for this reason that we don't allow cell phones in the cycle or yoga studio.  Lock 'em up in our complimentary lockers so you can Clip In.  Rock Out.  Flow Hard.™

LOCK IT UP

Although we are all about fun, we do take our cycling and yoga sanctuaries seriously. Take off your shoes before entering the yoga space and help preserve the ambiance of both studios by leaving all personal belongings in the lockers.

HOLD THE CHITCHAT

We LOVE seeing our community connect, but leave the full length convos for brunch.  Talking during class can distract your instructor and your tribe.  That said, if the energy moves you to whistle, hoot and holler, by all means go for it!  Getting a little unleashed is encouraged.  After all, we are here to have FUN.
